The credit report analysis (formerly known as credit audit) is an excellent place to start for most because this will give you a breakdown of the derogatory items on your credit report and a plan of attack. The credit report analysis service is very popular with the DIY followers in the Facebook group or those straddling the fence between hiring someone or doing it themselves.

**Credit Monitoring via SmartCredit or Identity IQ is a REQUIREMENT for ALL active clients, so if you choose to move forward with my services, you will need to continue your membership. This is also reiterated in the client contract.

Details about how our service works are below:

Fees & Services for Individual Clients

​

There are three plans to choose from regarding credit repair services: basic, standard, premium

​

Basic: A fee of $200 will cover the initial onboarding fee and your first round of challenges to become a client. This plan includes the unlimited challenges of inquiries, personal information, and collections (excluding medical collections). After 45 days, a $60 fee will be charged. This is a recurring charge every 45 days.

​

Standard: A fee of $275 will cover the initial onboarding fee and your first round of challenges to become a client. This plan includes everything in the basic plan plus the unlimited challenges of late payments, student loans, medical debt, and charge-offs. After 45 days, a $60 fee will be charged. This is a recurring charge every 45 days.

​

Premium: A fee of $350 will cover the initial onboarding fee and your first round of challenges to become a client. This plan includes everything in the standard plan plus the unlimited challenges of anything requiring third-party reporting agency disputes. After 45 days, a $60 fee will be charged. This is a recurring charge every 45 days.

Premium: A fee of $500 will cover the initial onboarding fee and the first round of challenges to become a client. This plan includes everything in the standard plan plus the unlimited challenges of anything requiring third-party reporting agency disputes. After 45 days, a $100 fee will be charged. This is a recurring charge every 45 days.

Please Note:

​

One round is equal to 45 business days (about 9 weeks), as this is how long the bureaus and creditors have to respond

 

To cancel, email me directly at customerservice@themoneyplug.co with the title “CANCELLATION” as the subject line.

Our average client is with us for 7-9 months. It is important to note that each credit report is different, so we are NOT making any time guarantees. This is only an average time frame.

 

Refunds

Please understand that Money Plug, LLC cannot guarantee results. Each situation is different, so we do not promise that any one item will increase your credit score or that any item thing will delete anything. We cannot possibly know what the bureaus may or may not do. We only promise to challenge inaccurate items on your credit report.

Refunds are not granted once your letters have been mailed out. However, you may cancel reoccurring services at any point in time. Please be sure you agree to this because you will be asked to sign an agreement before creating your letters.

 

Monitoring

Credit monitoring is REQUIRED for the entire time that you are an active client until the service ends. This is to ensure we will always be able to track any changes in your credit report.

If you have a credit monitoring service that is not compatible with my software (SmartCredit, IdentityIQ, MyFreeScoreNow), please let me know before your onboarding to request your login information.

​

Expectations

Every person’s situation and credit reports vary, so you may need more or less time than our average 7 to 9 months. Please consider the time commitment carefully. The processing time takes 5-7 business days. And the credit bureaus have 30 business days from the date they receive the letters to respond to each round in writing. These responses will be mailed to you, and it is your responsibility to upload them into the client portal.

 

Rules

  • No online disputing or with creditors via phone

    • Any communications with creditors should be in writing

  • No applying for credit without first consulting with your specialist

  • You must upload your responses from the credit bureaus to the client portal within 5 days of receipt. Noncompliance with this rule will delay your results

  • No missed/late payments on any open accounts (missing payments will tank your score and undo any building we've done) after becoming a client.

  • If you or another company sends letters to the bureaus before beginning our services, we will have to wait 45 business days (9 weeks) from the date the bureaus received the last round of disputes before we can send out another round of letters for you.

  • You must have a physical address inside of the United States for the bureaus to respond to (no PO Boxes)
